The worst customer service
I purchased these shoes two weeks ago and I must say that I have never had so much confusion when purchasing shoes online before. Customer service is non-existent here. I still have not received an emailed response for my email that I sent two weeks ago or a reply to my message that I left on their on site help form, last week. A response now is too late anyway because I had to exchange the shoes and they’re arriving differently from the initial order because no one helped me in this situation. Just make sure you order exactly what you want the first time because you’re on your own.
