Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Calzuro is now offering Free Exchanges - see below for details.

At Calzuro, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Calzuro treats feet, but we understand everyone's feet are unique. When returning Calzuro for an easy even exchange or refund, please ship back washed product in original packing, without signs of wear and within 30 days of the purchase date. Unwashed worn product returned is non-refundable.

Limited Editions: Please note that returns are not accepted for limited edition releases; however, exchanges can be accommodated. We can not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the same limited edition clog.

For returns for refund, a $6.00 label fee is charged. Please have the original order number ready and be within 30 days of the original order date to request a prepaid return label.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund at no cost.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Complete the steps listed on the screen. You will have the option to print your pre-paid return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have the label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)

-The original box is the most economical method of shipping
-Once the label is printed, place and/or tape it over the current label on the box
-Drop the package off at any post office/mail room/center with shipping services

Free Exchanges

For an exchange, please click here to start. 

Enter your order information to access the return and exchange screen. Select your order, the item(s) you want to return, and the option for an exchange that best suits your needs. 

You can also reach out to our customer service team at Sales@Calzuro.com or chat, available on our website M-F 9am-4pm (ET). For the best service, please have your order number ready. Our team will confirm your exchange within 1 business day. When requesting your return, please let us know which item(s) you would like for your exchange. You will receive an email to the address associated with your order detailing the return item(s) and those on the exchange. 

Please note: All exchanges are released for shipping after the return has been received and processed by Calzuro. If you would like to receive your exchange pair right away, please return your old order and place a new one. All exchanges must be made within 30-days of purchase for products in unworn condition only. 

Returns incur a $6 shipping fee, however this is waived for free exchanges of equal or greater value.

Now Offering Instant Exchanges! 

When you select your exchange through Redo, there’s now an option for an instant exchange. Instead of waiting to process your return before shipping the exchange, your exchange is released immediately. Typically, your new order ships the next business day. 

When you select an instant exchange, a hold for the amount of the exchange order will be placed on your card and a return label will be issued. Once the return pair has been scanned by the carrier, the hold is released from your card for the exchange order. Please be advised, not shipping the returning pair within 7 days will result in a charge for the full cost of the exchange order. In this case, you will receive a refund once your unworn return is processed at our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. NEW CALZURO MERCHANDISE: Calzuro supplies only new and restock-able CALZURO brand merchandise to our customers. Occasional color and surface variations are normal and are due to unique CALZURO manufacturing processes (e.g. high temperatures, high pressures, individual craftsmanship). This condition is acceptable for refund within policy of unworn items sold.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, limited edition clogs, Crazy Compression Socks, or gift cards.

ReStep

ReStep pairs are part of our commitment to reducing waste by giving perfectly functional clogs a second life. Because these items are offered at a discounted price due to minor cosmetic imperfections, they follow a slightly different return policy than our standard collection.

Refunds: ReStep clogs are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit: If your pair isn’t the right fit, you may:

  • Exchange for a different size (based on availability), or
  • Receive store credit to use toward another purchase

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Condition of ReStep Products: ReStep clogs may include minor cosmetic blemishes such as scuffs, discoloration, or surface marks. These are purely visual and do not impact performance, comfort, or durability.

Important Notes

  • Each pair is unique; specific blemishes are not individually selected or photographed
  • All pairs are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized prior to shipping
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
