These shoes hurt it’s must you buy the insoles were the one day and feet ached for 3 days worst pain ever once I inserted some insoles they were very comfortable so plz be aware you can not wear these shoes without a insole I like the style of the shoe I don’t like that they get dirty fast but I would and will purchase again and yes they are true to size great for narrow feet

We are happy to hear that you like them with our comfort insoles added. We get a wide variety of opinions regarding weather or not insoles are the best way to go, rather than right on the massage bumps. Quick tip, a sanitizing wipe can be used to quickly spruce up your shoes between washings.
