These are the Terms and Conditions between CALZURO.COM (Seller), and the holder of the wholesale account (Buyer), including their agents acting on their behalf. These Terms and Conditions supersede Buyer Purchase Orders.

First time retailers of will be required to purchase a minimum of 24 pairs of shoes any assorted style, color, or size. Subsequent re-order minimum is 6 products (accessories included) per quarter of any assorted style, color, or size. There are no requirements for Comfort Insoles or Heel Strap Kits.

WHOLESALE PRICING: requires retailers to conform to our Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP) on line. However, periodic brick and mortar “sales” with reasonable pricing which does not disrupt the market are permitted.

RETURNS cannot accept your customer’s returns. We expect any retailer of to process returns and exchanges for their own customers. With the ability to get fitted at a physical store location, we expect that returns/exchanges will be minimized. A six-month warranty is included on all Calzuro brand shoes. For warrantied returns, please send customers shoes to We will ship replaced items to your store for your customers to pick up replaced items from your location.

PAYMENTS only accepts ACH or credit card payment prior to shipping any orders.

When your business is selected to be a Calzuro Authorized Retailer, will present to you a Retail Sales Agreement, for which both parties will sign. This agreement is valid for one year from date of signing, and will be renewed annually by mutual agreement. If, however, either party wishes to discontinue this agreement, they may do so for any reason with 30 days written or email notice, without penalty.

Calzuro authorized retailers (brick and mortar locations only) are featured as “retailers” on the website to assist customers seeking to shop locations near them.
